You would think companies would want us to know what was in their food. I so appreciate the companies that clearly mark their foods gluten free. I hope to find a sub for the light butter since I use it in most of my baking. Real butter of course would taste better but don't want the extra calories.
Now it seems like you are playing Russian roulette with your health because of the companies don't want you to know what is in their foods.

I don't know if you watched GMA this AM, but Elizabeth H was on and mentioned about some butters have gluten in them. I did a search and the only one in question was the light sticks, which I use all the time. I did call the company and they confirmed it may or may not be GF because at times they use different ingredients, so therefore they are saying it isn't GF.
