I had some problem skin as a teen, and occasionally, probably hormonal changes bring this on - or the potato chips - I can get some zits on my chin area.

I watch a D.O. on tv: Dr. Richard Becker (and wife, Cindy). I remember him saying acne boils were probably due to a zinc deficiency. I guess that would make sense if you were getting better for finally getting your nutrients, huh?

I don't know if Dove is gf. For some people it doesn't matter. Try switching to something "natural" from Aveda or something and see if there's a difference?

I have keratosis pilaris, and while I had a very slight case of it before going GF, now, it seems to be worse! I also have acne, and seems to be getting worse instead of better. Is your rosacea completely gone? My skin also seems to be a lot dryer. I thought my skin would improve by going GF. I only use DOVE soap, I think it is GF, does anyone know differently? I have been trying natural remedies, but not noticing a huge improvement. Any ideas?

What's your "condition?" I have eczema and had my last breakout about 2 years ago when I was preparing my house for sale and moving. I also have rosacea - it's the same.

I was diagnosed a year ago with CD, and haven't had a problem until I ate a pkg of Hormel pepperoni slices in the course of a day (salt cravings). My right hand got itchy bumps. I know this brand is gf, I was thinking I just had too many nitrates or something. If I have a couple slices vs the entire pkg I don't have a problem. But now they're not on sale, so I won't buy them! Good for me!

I have never had great skin, but it seems like since I went GF 5 months ago, my skin has gotten even worse! I have no idea why. Has anyone else had this problem?
