Yeah Barb it calculates your stats in there automatically. Those are 2 good ones to have it isn't any extra work to track!

I think the team goals are fine...I already track these on my own goals so don't currently track them on the team page. 600 minutes of fitness is only 30 minutes 5 days a week which is well within sparkpeople recommendations. Barb

sounds good and I will try to get it in but with things that way they are it is hard.

With the new year coming I have been thinking about my own goals and goals for the team. We have been doing great on water, not on the fitness minutes.

Do people think 600 minutes a month is too much? I can easily revise that.

Are there any other goals people would like to see? Other changes? I welcome any and all ideas!
