Sounds good!

PS To my old SP friends - It's been a very rough year... My beloved, healthy, athletic, tall, dark and handsome husband died in August 2012 from a very aggressive cancer... In the many months caring for him I was stressed and didn't "care" anymore, and put back on 30 pounds I had just finished losing...

A short, but very sweet, video tribute to this beautiful man:

Donna, thanks for the info. I do like certain types of fish. I will check these out. Thanks again.

I had a friend who just tried one of their products and she loved them.

Excellent news! I'm glad to see more companies making efforts to make their products gluten free. If the grilled filets are made in the same facility as their breaded products, they still might not be safe for all of us that are gluten intolerant, but it certainly opens up their products for a lot more people.

That is great news! Thanks for posting. I really like seafood as my protein for the day at least 3-5 meals per week.

I just saw this and thought I would pass it along. I personally don't like fish but looks great for those who might. www.prweb.com/releases/2011/8/prweb8746917
