Cindy, you are lucky! For me, it's the opposite. I could tolerate a bit at the beginning, but now it takes very little. I am not celiac, but intolerant.
Interestingly, my mut allergies have gotten worse, and I react very badly to fake things in food such as caramel coloring and artificial flavors.
I tried the Gluten FREEz brand of enzymes, and they work better for me than the others I've tried.
