There is also Love & Peas protein shake mix available through Nature's Sunshine Products. It is made from pea protein, vegan, and 0 on the glycemic index (sweetened with stevia). Further information can be found online at: www.mynsp.com/herbsforthehealthofit. They also offer shake mixes in chocolate, chai, and vanilla flavors called Smartmeals. These mixes are not verified as gluten free, but I haven't been having any trouble with them (gluten intolerant). They are not vegan, but are 0 on the glycemic index also, and are not recommended for those that are lactose intolerant.
I'm so glad I saw this post! After writing a blog yesterday asking how others meet their protein goals for the day, several mentioned protein shakes. I failed to mention in my blog that I was gluten intolerant.
I appreciate hearing which shakes are gluten free.

I just bought my first one. It is by Nutribiotic and it is rice protein powder. No dairy, soy or gluten. I got vanilla and have it with a banana and berries, OJ and ice. It is really good and it lasts me until lunch. No other breakfast does that for me. I got mine at Henry's Marketplace.

I have been ordering my stuff from Hammer.com. Actually, Hammer.ca here in Canada. They are gluten free. Taste great. Don't clump when you mix them. I am generally happy with their product. As well, they have a great return policy if you don't like the item.

You can not change yesterday - it's done. You can only dream of tomorrow. The only day you can change is today. What are you going to do today to reach your goals of tomorrow?
It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it GREAT
I've been looking for a new protein powder lately. I went to GNC and was told that about 80% of the protein powder on the market comes from the same factory just different labels. Of course some of the flavors have gluten in them and can't guarantee no CC.
I'm trying to go dairy free to see if that makes a difference and found a vegan protein powder, it's pretty bland to the whey based I've been using and grittier.
I have heard AMAZING thing about Sun Warrior protien powders. I am actually about to order my first bag :) Everyone I know that has tried it says it tastes amazing... which is great! I have tried some awful ones :)
