No you don't smell like the vinegar, it dissipates.
You take on to two tablespoons of baking soda to one cup of water. I use four in two cups of water, but I have long hair. Mix well and add to hair, rub in for about thirty seconds or less and rinse well. You then take one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to one cup of water. I use two tablespoons to two cups of water. Pour on hair, keep out of eyes, and immediately rinse. I use plastic mustard and ketchup containers and squirt it on my hair.

Non-smoker after smoking 30 years and was at 3 packs a day.
Former skinny person who never exercised and is now trying to make exercise a habit.
I am GF, but also can't use anything with Parabens or Sodium Laureth Sulphate. I LOVE the Giovanni range (giovannicosmetics.com). I've tried loads of others, but always seem to go back to them in the end. I live in the UK, and they aren't the most expensive option here, which is a bonus as well.

hmmm... I actually read about that last week and was telling my husband about it. I may give it a try and see how my hair responds. I just do not want to shell out the big bucks for g free shampoo. Although, the link to the finesse was not too bad. I do not wash my hair everyday, so I could make it stretch as long as hubby stays out of it!

I think that I will stick to organic and read the labels that don't have all that stuff that I can't even pronounce.
If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.
