One thing that I have found before I stopped eating it, is that it gave me diabetic breath when I ate it. So now I don't try to eat it plus it causes me so much pain when I do. Best not to eat it when I have control over what I eat.
That is a great article. I wish people who are depressed would try going gluten/grain free as well as children who have behavior problems. There are still too many people who don't connect how they feel to what they eat.
