I love my dogs! Annie is a fearful dog and is doing great under careful management. I raw feed my dogs.

Non-smoker after smoking 30 years and was at 3 packs a day.

I can. I usually choose to go entirely grain free including corn, but I can have it if I want to. I am going to try making something mexican like this or homemade corn tortillas Saturday to get in my carbs for my run Sunday.

Has anyone ever tried or made sopes? I am going to try them soon, any hints or tricks would be appreciated.
