We eat and like them - no reactions. I refuse to buy "special" cereals, so anything GF that I can find in a regular store gets a thumbs up from me. We don't eat a lot of cold cereal for breakfast, mostly afterschool snack, or after dinner treat. (They're good on ice cream too!)

DD likes the bars too. And I've thought they'd make great crispie treats, but haven't actually made any yet.

Never tried them but I bet they are loaded with sugar. They like to put all kinds of sugar in them.

If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.

I actually called them because I have heard that. I went on line to see what I could find. Personally I am not too concerned.

If I remember correctly Post cereals are one of the "self testing" companies so who knows how good their testing is and what their definition of GF is. I'd eat at your own risk and/or proceed with caution.

My daughter has tried the Cocoa Pebbles and the cocoa pebble cereal bars and has liked them. and she didn't have a reaction to them either. I am not sure how easy it would be to use as a snack while driving until you do the cereal bar or make your own cereal bar. They are rather small and could be messy to try to eat by themselve.

No. I tried some GF cereals here in Canada a couple years ago. I still reacted to them, so I just gave them up completely. It's not the milk - I still drink it all the time.

I was in the store yesterday and noticed the Post Cocoa Pebbles and Fruit Pebbles are now with a Gluten free listing. I have never tried those but may in the future. I would use it for more a sweet car snack rather a cereal at home. Has anyone tried them?
