I found a recipe I really want to try for Strawberry Rhubarb muffins and it calls for Buckwheat Flour. To my dismay, Bob's Redmill processes it's Buckwheat Flour on the same lines as it's wheat products! So I'm wondering if anyone knows of a brand of buckwheat flour that is safe to help me avoid the endless internet searching and emailing companies!
