IAM - I know it has been a while since you posted, but I've just discovered it!
OMG you're allergic to most of the top 8 allergens! I can't imagine. I had a CT scan a while ago - and had a reaction to the iodine solution (some shellfish protein is in the solution). Then I went to an allergist to do food allergy blood tests: I hven't gotten results, but the receptionist told me I was definitely allergic to oysters, somewhat allergic to cod, lobster, and shrimp. I never eat oysters, and occas. eat the others. I had no idea.
Anyway, my thoughts for you are that your bod has experienced quite a bit and like Pye said, maybe it's just plateauing due to the changes.
Maybe it's thyroid?

Hi and welcome Iamdiosa. You are really allergic to a lot of stuff!! Only thing I can say to you is you lose really quickly at first, so maybe you have hit a plateau for now, and will start to lose again after you have stabilized your diet more. Good thing you like to cook, otherwise you may find this new diet very, very hard to stick to. Keep on the track you have started and you will find your way to your goals. Pyeway
Hello all! I'm new to both the board and to the group. I have been gluten free for a year and a half, and as a result have discovered many other food allergies. My celiac diagnosis was inconclusive (I was gf a month before they could test me, but celiacs was the conclusion, especially since I'll react to airborne gluten), but I'm also allergic to corn, rice, soy, dairy, and severely allergic to peanuts and tree nuts. This obviously limits the food I can eat.
I love cooking and cook a lot. When I was first gf, I dropped 40lbs quickly. I've leveled off since then, and haven't been able to budge the scales. Any help/advice would be appreciated. :)
