IAM - I know it has been a while since you posted, but I've just discovered it!
OMG you're allergic to most of the top 8 allergens! I can't imagine. I had a CT scan a while ago - and had a reaction to the iodine solution (some shellfish protein is in the solution). Then I went to an allergist to do food allergy blood tests: I hven't gotten results, but the receptionist told me I was definitely allergic to oysters, somewhat allergic to cod, lobster, and shrimp. I never eat oysters, and occas. eat the others. I had no idea.
Anyway, my thoughts for you are that your bod has experienced quite a bit and like Pye said, maybe it's just plateauing due to the changes.
Maybe it's thyroid?
