I love how easy it is now that I have most foods entered in to use sparkpeople meal trackers and how it helps me to stay on track. It will get easier once you are entered in some of your main meal choices. Smiles Barb

You can also enter your food in if it is something you made and you know that you will make it again. Just go to the recipes and then all a recipe there and it will ask you how many servings you will get out of it. Then you can either just add it to your favorites under a name that you select or you can add the recipe to your data base. That way you have it for yourself and if you want you can also share it with others too.

But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.

I turned off meal plans, even *if* I could eat the food listed, I would not in the qty's or my boyfriend wouldn't.

I eat a lot of the same thing, like salad for lunch and a side salad for dinner. There I have food groups and it makes it super easy to add, then I adjust as needed.

Lots of food choices have been entered by others and are under "foods others have entered" and anything else you can enter by adding in your own and storing as favorite or adding in a similar recipe from the online recipes or adding in restaurant foods by searching under foods others have entered as well. I was surprised to find the number of foods already listed that I did not have to enter. Hope you love the spark as much as I do...it is so great at helping track all foods even when you are gluten free!!! emoticon emoticon Smiles Barb

You have to turn off the preplanned menus and just track your own meal choices. It does come up with more by searching foods added by other members too.

When you go to -Select a food, there are options below the box. Pick the one at the far right that says * search for foods shared by others and you will find a lot of gf foods. I rarely have to add one myself. Welcome and have fun!

Any advice on how to customize Meal Plans for gluten free choices, other than just desserts? Or do I have to add foods one at a time? I am new to the site. Thank you.
