The article is written from the perspective that grains/grasses have "anti-nutrients" which could pose a GI hazard, ie LECTINS. Millet has a "similar" protein to gliadin. This is the premise of the paleo or primal diet. If you are not feeling 100% on a gf diet, these other grains/grasses might be why. Or it could be dairy, coffee, and/or alcohol and so on.
