Only thing I react to is oatmeal containing lotions. I do try to read ingredients though. Barb

TheraNeem from Organix South is one...all their products say GF right on the front. otherwise I am not sure. If you are really sensitive how about coconut oil? I use that for my dry patches and I bet it would be good coming right out the shower...

I ditched the shampoo and conditioner over a year ago, this is what I use now:

1 tablespoon of baking soda to 1 cup of water...rinse well
1 to 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to 1 cup of water...rinse well

If you have long hair increase baking soda...always use 1 to one with the baking soda. Example 2 tablespoons baking soda to 2 cups of water.

I use mustard and ketchup bbq squeeze bottles, works like a charm.

You also got to watch out for shampoos too. Some of them have wheat in them, like TREseme' (not sure of the spelling). That shampoo makes my head get sores on them and it takes so long for them to go away. You also got to be careful with some of the products that you get at a salon too because they put a product that was suppose to make my hair shine but I ended up with sores on my scalp. So make sure that you take your own shampoo in and don't let them put anything on your hair after that.

If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.

I'm "lucky" in that lotions make me break out like crazy if they have offending ingredients. I have found that Jergen's lotions work for me (except the ones with oatmeal in them). Also St. Ives products have never made me break out. But what you can do is look up the website for the products you like and check the FAQ's, many of them have gluten information. If not, you can e-mail them as well.

I do not have the answer for you but I would like to know myself. I never thought about lotions
being gluten-free or not. Thank You for posting this question.
