Yes, I have. I found it excellent ... but as I am also trying to lose weight I now am following it's relative, the Paleo Diet. (Mainly because it is easier to manage yet keeps to the basic principles of the SCD.) If you have lots of prep time for meals there are three great cookbooks that go along with it. When I followed the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, I felt great. Others in our Celiac support group have also followed it with great success finding lots of energy, variety, and renewed health.
