I've seen the commercial on line but when I see it on TV I tune out commercials then I hear that last line of "5 flavors of Chex are GF".
I love the Honey Nut flavor but my favorite cereal before was Honey Nut Cheerios. I also need more substantive food for breakfast with protein so use it more for snacking.
Just a warning about Youtube videos - take them with a grain of salt. A couple of years ago there was a guy doing videos on "How to eat GF" where he said to go to whichever fast food place and just take the bun off the burger since he does it all the time and is fine. I wasn't the 1st person to rip him a new one and it turned out he was gluten intolerant and had a higher threshold but still thats not something to put out there as good advice.
But that can be true anywhere even here. Although the people here seem to be more knowledgeable. I see people on FB screaming crazy crap and others buy it. Like nobody with CD can eat corn, no some people can't but a lot of people don't have any problems with it.
