Awesome!!

I regularly bake GF goodies and bring them to work and don't tell people they're gluten-free. When I do tell people, they're very surprised.

My DH is a fantastic cook and we often have people ask us, "What are you eating today?"

I made GF cupcakes for a co-workers birthday. All of the girls loved them. They did turn out really good. It was a Betty Crocker mix.

I didn't quite get that reaction but after sharing with a classmate about CD and eating GF shared a chocolate chip cookie. He really liked it, towards the end of the term on the last day before Christmas break he asked what I had for lunch and I told him homemade from a mix pizza. He was so obsessed with trying me to give up my pizza that he walked out of the class room without his books.

Hi. I didn't even check the food plan yet - I went with what I already had in the fridge and cupboards. Now that it's time for groceries, I think I'm going to take your advice! Thanks for the info.

I've been following the meal plan, but replacing what I have to with Gluten Free Food. There is so much food for the lunches that people have been commenting on my "gourmet" meals. I often have two plates. I was also asked to share, I laughed and said sure, but it's health food. Sure made me feel good when someone else was admiring what I was eating and even better when I know I was eating healthy food to boot. I hope you all have the same experience and get to feel good about what your eating.
