that's great! I didn't quite get that reaction but after sharing with a classmate about CD and eating GF shared a chocolate chip cookie. He really liked it, towards the end of the term on the last day before Christmas break he asked what I had for lunch and I told him homemade from a mix pizza. He was so obsessed with trying me to give up my pizza that he walked out of the class room without his books.

I've been following the meal plan, but replacing what I have to with Gluten Free Food. There is so much food for the lunches that people have been commenting on my "gourmet" meals. I often have two plates. I was also asked to share, I laughed and said sure, but it's health food. Sure made me feel good when someone else was admiring what I was eating and even better when I know I was eating healthy food to boot. I hope you all have the same experience and get to feel good about what your eating.
