I have bought the G. free blue muffins the other day and I was so surprised to see how moist they were for being G.free and taste so good.. I mean they are not dry or crumbly. Moist.
I had for supper the macaroni with my white chicken through it and cheese sprinkled. The macaroni was not starchy nor slimy. It tasted light. I cannot believe I have eaten all the junk with wheat before and wrong starches. I find the bread so delicious.
Do they have a G.F jam we can have? Gluten. I cannot find a cereal unless it is a huge bag. I do not want a big bag. I had potato chips las night first time. It was sea salt but it was with Veg oil. Not sure if we can have that oil in it. It never bothered me so far just asking about the oil. Does anyone know a brand that is good. The brand I had was Lays.

So doing much better without pain. I have some uneasy days and I have real good days more so now good days. Sparks tell me the body has to get used of the right food. Well I love the food ha,ha.

Now my body better get in gear and like it more. Ha,ha.

Thanks for ideas on here. For food intake of different trys. Peoples experiences in the cakes to the icing. Supper meals and other breakfast to lunch ideas. And desserts.

I love angel cake also. A fav . So this chocolate cake sure sounds yummier. The choc would be the no for me unless it is a G fee choc if such a thing is there? Choc G.Free?

Love the group here. Everyone is such a help to each other. Allot of T.L.care from this group. I must say.

Be proud all of you that post! It takes allot of helps to make a group what it is. You guys have made it happen. If we got points. We are 10 out of 10. Newcomers here will be so inspired. All it needs is one voice starting and then the rest follow suit. I found that out quick enough.
I do applaud you.

Thank you . emoticon

I don't have problems with dairy but with corn and that seems to be in all things too.

Not sure about dairy free, but I found potato starch in a light blue box at the store. I believe it is swans? And they have a recipe for angle food cake on it that I made, it wasn't bad.

I love cake, I love to decorate cake too and Angel Food is my favorite. If you like Angel Food this is the best one I have found. The mix is $6 from the Twisted Bakery. http://www.qualityglutenfree.com/product/3
0008 They also have it all ready prepared in the frozen section it is good to, but not as good as the mix. I hope it helps.

Some of those products have things in that I can't eat and so I don't get them.

Amy's brand has a Gluten Free/Dairy free chocolate cake in the freezer section. We got a tub of Betty Crocker pecan and coconut frosting (all have GF label) and it was the BEST chocolate cake my husband and I have ever had.

If you want to be what you've always wanted, you have to give up what you've always been.

I just made the Breads by Anna, the green bag, in my bread machine. Very dense, but oh so good! I put it in the shared recipes too.

I have made Karina's easy bread twice now and it was good too! Would love to find a really light fluffy one like Udi's!

Got to try some of those recipes and as for Pamela's they are a little bland at least the pancake mix was.

I tried in the bread maker to do zucchini and it failed big time! A few days later, Karina came out w/ a zucchini bread and I saw the errors in my ways and tried again and it was emoticon

You know... my
naturopath also suggested that same site. I tried her Delicious GF Bread. It was YUCK! And soggy! I wonder if I did something wrong. My doc says it was the best one she had ever tried. ??? Maybe I will try again...

OK. I read through the recipe again. I got rid of my bread maker months ago. I have made traditional bread for over two decades and was never impressed with the result that came out of any bread machine. I will give the Gluten Free Goddess the benefit of the doubt and try this again. I see there are actually instructions that I neglected to read my first time through, so I will try again...

This has to be my favorite GF Blogger. Most of her stuff is vegan (dairy free) as well if that matters to you.

She has a flourless chocolate cake that is made in the Vitamix (if you have one). I made it a few years ago and the cake was fudge like and was like eating a fudgesicle!

I am on the www.glutenfreecookingschool.com and there's a lot of good stuff there. Plus, downloaded 7 basic information of gf survival lessons. Paid 9.95 for them and haven't read them, just skimmed, pretty good info.

No. Not the UK Allrecipes site. I did join the American Allrecipes though...

I'll look for Pamela's Cake mix. I just used a Betty Crocker GF yellow cake mix to make a pineapple upside down cake and it's turned out really good.

Laura -- are you a member of that Allrecipes.co.uk? I was going to sign up but it looks like they want to use your info every place they can. So, I'm very leary of joining. They have a lot of recipes of I'd love to try.

I believe, but I may be wrong, that the Namaste Cake Mixes are gluten and dairy free.

I have used Pamela's Classic Vanilla Cake Mix and have made it into Carrot Cake or Pumpkin Spice Cake. (I suppose it would be good as just a White Cake too).

MUSCLE DOES NOT WEIGH MORE THAN FAT 5 lbs = 5 lbs

5 lbs of muscle simply takes up less space than 5 lbs of fat!

Looks like a yummy recipe! I would replace the butter with the non-soy version of Earth Balance for a dairy-free gluten-free treat!
