There is no shortage of GF carbs that is for sure - fruit, vegis, certified GF oatmeal (Bob's Red Mill rocks!), Udi's bagels, potatoes (white, yellow and sweet), rice, rice pasta, GF cereal (love Mesa Sunrise), etc..
Quinoa is my favorite I love it. Otherwise butternut squash is yummy too!
I also like rice cakes with some almond butter or peanut butter on them!! YUMMY!
Greek yogurt with peanut butter or almond butter and a little truvia and some chia seeds is delicious too and you can eat it with an apple and it can be your dip!
Life is too short to be anything but Happy!
I use quinoa, amaranth, chia seeds, millet, rice pastas in different shapes each use. And my current favorite ‘carb’ beyond all my normal fruits and vegetables (I have always being a produce queen of raw, steamed, and par-boiled) is sweet black rice.
Mary’s Gone Crackers are good for a chip-fix if you can have soy.

Terra chips are good, and as far as i know are gf :). (about the only thing added to them is oil & salt). I like the sweet potato chips, Sweets & beets, & sweets & carrots 9haven't really tried the other flavors)

Thank you for all the great suggestions. I have discovered something that helps me get carbs, and feeds my chip-o-holic cravings. These wonderful little things called "Quakes" they have been around for a while, I just never really noticed them before. I do not rely on them, but when I start craving chips, I have a serving of quakes instead =)
I'd say add more fruits and starchy veggies too if you are eating lots of brown rice pasta already.
Fresh fruits and veggies are the best things! Also try quinoa and millet...
I use fruit, veggies, blue diamond almond crackers. I have to be careful with Oatmeal and not have more than a 1/2 cup a couple times a week.
I always crave and do better with more protein than carbs.

Oatmeal, bananas and apples have carbs. The bulk of mine come from there. I read somewhere on SP that 120 g of carbs is enough for me even though SP has 184-226 listed for me.
I can't add anything else.
I make a Pumpkin Pie Protein/Fiber shake.
I use baked sweet potatoes, egg protein, whey protein,
ground flaxseeds, salba seeds, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, ginger, and then water, yogurt, milk, or a flavored water I make by simmering ginger skins (from peeled ginger) and/or pineapple skins (from peeling pineapples).
The shake offers carbs, protein, fiber, and plenty of nutrition plus it tastes like pumpkin pie in a glass!
you can make it with canned pumpkin (which is lower carb than sweet potatoes) or even a mixture of the two.
I put the ingredients in a large plastic pitcher and then use my hand immersion blender to mix.
I try to drink chocolate milk or yogurt (healthy way to get dairy and carbs). Bananas & grapes & some other fruits are higher with carbs, also and are good for you. Almonds & some other nuts are also a god source of carbs and are high in protein, but don't eat too many, because some are also high in cholesterol. Also try air popped popcorn.

Hello, I am new to this team, I probably should go introduce myself...but..I am looking for help with getting enough carbs in my day when I don't eat anything with gluten. Everyday I meet all other nutrition needs but am low on carbs. I already eat brown rice pasta, and have tried integrating corn tortillas into my diet, but if anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it!
