Since I live in VT, I'm hoping they will offer some classes or seminars on GF baking. I've wanted to go to some before but they were always for food I couldn't eat!

Just wanted to let everyone know that King Arthur's Gluten Free Flour is amazing and there website has a lot of great tips. Not necessarily low cal/low fat, but I believe the flour is strong enough to make a good base for even low fat GF baking and delicious bread vs. cardboard. They have some other great GF Products as well so check it out. www.kingarthurflour.com
