emoticon I just use the tracker to log in my food a day or more ahead, and play with portions and such to keep in range. The meals they offer aren't the greatest anyway, GF or not!

You mean the checkbox for "Use SparkPeople's Menu Plan" or some such?

Ah, no. They don't have a GF option there emoticon

What you can do is peruse the recipes section for GF recipes and select "Add this recipe to my menu" and it will give you a pop-up calendar so you can select the day.

How do I use this program, which is wonderful, to create a menu plan in advance for gluten free meals. I love this program and I think you guys are going to wonderful to lose weight with.
