Oh yes Bleedingrose, I avoid these and I know why I must. I avoid thousands more for the simple reason of my body will respond negatively should I eat even a crumb. My food and health issues are compounded by a overstressed and half a century of aging manifested in a cascade of hormone decline, unrecoverable energy lose, immune weakness signs and finally diagnosis in adrenal fatigue.
Simple fatigue is not a respected insurance industry pay out condition. Everyone has to work; everyone gets 'tired'. This condition usually unseen by the average doctor and noticed when the organ is 95 % gone, and usually via the immune system poor response to corrective efforts; every adult of this working world, gets tired. It is when tired becomes a shortcut to life in lack of enough proper sleep patterns, the stimulants of caffeine, excitotoxins, and sugars are needed to run a life that the true chronic signs appear. 1) Natural flavors may have correct 'note' of a flavor bouquet designed by man to help sell a processed food, but can contain hidden furaneol acetate (imitation alcohol from burnt crude oil), soy lecithin, and other non-food additives. 3) high fructose corn syrup, We do not remove mercury from our bodies well. It becomes a constant free-radical circulating and killing health body cells and whole body parts (cancer). It is used in some forms of processing to manufacture high fructose corn syrup. The body will build a tolerance condition (the insulin resistance) where cells will ignore some sugar by suck in too much in other tissues; when not corrected can ruin immune strength and even become hormone imbalance, obesity, or diabetes.
