Ah, no I'm not vegan anymore. My CN and me talked and I'm on a diet of protein and veggies mostly.
Just whenever I'm really stressed out, I want to pig out - (comfort food and also a huge mindless eater)
I do take a daily "B", but even now that isn't seeming to help.
I'm going to try and larger breakfast tomorrow with turkey bacon, eggs, and lots of veggies.
What beans do you think will be most filling?
Also with nuts, I've been over doing the almond butter, I'm sure. So much so I'm worried about a gain from it! :(
