You are right you have to focus on what you can eat instead of what you can't eat. Sooem of my problem is thought that I don't get sick after eating any of the forbidden things.Once in a while I will have bloating or gas but that is it!!
Hi, I am new to the site, I have had Celiac for 4 years now and I am still adjusting. I still feel that I can't resist all those good things and it is very hard when I am the only one in my family who has this. It really sucks!!!
