I sure hope that you are not done eating for today cause you are way under 1200 calories that your body needs just to function., If you keep under 1200 calories then your body will think that it is starving and will horde all the food that is coming in. One of the reasons why people gain weight is because of that. So make sure that you get more than 1200 calories a day since your body needs 1200 calories just to function (ie breath, heart pump ect). When you add exercise to that then you will need more calories to help your body to function properly. Hope this helps you. I also know this from experience too. I thought that I was getting enough calories in until I joined Sparks and put my food in and found that I was under 1000 calories a day and would not lose the weight. Now that I'm going GF, I've been adding in all the stuff I buy as soon as I get it--or as soon as I eat the first one. Before, I was really lazy and just picked out something that sounded about the same. I think mine's public, but I'll check, so drop by any time. I've been limiting wheat (and corn, soy, tomatoes, rice and green beans) for years but just got the nerve to go GF.

mine is although I haven't logged for the past couple of days. There are a few items where I used a generic term if it was close to the same calories etc. as my gf option.

Does anyone have their food tracker public? I'm trying to get more gluten free ideas. I'm so bad with the food tracker. I keep telling myself I'll start using it tomorrow, but say the same thing the next day. I've somehow gained 4 lbs over the past few weeks since going gluten free. That's the wrong direction. So, today, I made my food tracker public. I'm hoping that will keep me on track. So, if you're one of those people that like to see what others are eating and you notice I haven't added meals, please remind me. :o)
