Now that I'm going GF, I've been adding in all the stuff I buy as soon as I get it--or as soon as I eat the first one. Before, I was really lazy and just picked out something that sounded about the same. I think mine's public, but I'll check, so drop by any time. I've been limiting wheat (and corn, soy, tomatoes, rice and green beans) for years but just got the nerve to go GF.
