My doctor of nutrition gets very upset when she sees a good exercising athlete that describes their muscle pain and diet and then asks how to improve. Her answer is always some, ‘only a few athletes get enough anti-oxidants. Most people and especially an athlete in training never get enough. The muscles have acids in the ‘well used’ fibers’.
It takes a lot of spinach for POPEYE to save Olive Oil! Dotlady’s green shakes are a step in the right direction.
My first is 1) hypothyroidism at preteen, same meds for 35 years on a changing aging person did not get the ‘same’ results. Insulin-resistance challenged every diet but never diabetes would keep me hungry never full. My T4 to T3 conversion was long overlooked as is accepted in some medical practices the only test taken routinely was the T4. 2) Wilson’s Syndrome/Though I complained, I was silenced with anti-depressants for over a decade (side effect of this is obesity); all the symptoms were explained away as common aging or incompatibility to a drug. ‘Time for a switch to some other drug’. Let’s try something else. Take a pill and call me in the morning was a common dialog to complicate Multisomnia (many patterns of unhealthy sleep in combinations of two or more). These groupings of patterns often have severe underlying medical and emotional causes.)
Than 3) Chronic Fatigue set in after a full year on antibiotics for a chronic middle ear infection (food allergy symptom much overlooked)and post viral stress disorder cycling with extremely high female hormone imbalance while working. Then 4) clinical adrenal fatigue about mid-life but diagnosed long after symptoms were well entrenched. Then the icky toxin loading bed ridden with aches 5) Fibromyalgia three years after when corporate America fired me with a doctor’s note on file in the employer’s office and long term and short tem medical benefits deliberately ignored. This stacked with decades of starvation and moderation dieting, ‘a yo-yo is still a yo-yo’.
This has been a pattern of getting the extra weight off since I can remember(old enough to have front bumpers) but still had malnutrition signs and 60-hour workweeks of stress, usually one full time job plus one school or full time plus seasonal p/t jobs. (Single-parent-ism). I was a coffee lover 24-7, to crutch a good diet or bad diet.

The greatest love story is your own.
If you miss out of life to the fullest; they win.
You are the happiness master of your own mind.
Thought is an active dynamic energy to harmonize and corrolate good.
Clear all paths to love thru forgiveness.
I may not recognize the significance until some time later.
Is my resistance to change really that strong?
Impatience does not provide the time to learn the lesson;
Awaken new ways to approach the dissolving of a problem;
