I really like health books with hope in the message.
I own a book which has just recently been updated staying at the cutting edge of medical fact called ‘Treating and Beating Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome’ by Dr. Rodger H. Murphree.
It has explained for me some of the phobias found in the reactions of the general public regarding weakening conditions that are not obvious to the naked eye. The book shares hands on experience to recruit funds facts and distribution of these to the people in need. It delves into the lack of support in knowledge and enthusiasm of the members of the medical community in which he is an avid keynote speaker all over the US. This one does touch on a real recoveries and the lack of financial support in the insurance and government institutions that relay information and recovery and prevention plans to overcome such conditions.

My recent doctor made this next book a prescription to follow; (she is willing to represent my medical condition of Adrenal Fatigue to the government SSI case -docket over 400 days from the attorney’s request for the judge’s court time in my state-. A side-effect of this condition has me eating gluten-free and many other food limiting guidelines to avoid further harm and pain.) The title is Adrenal Fatigue, the 21st century stress syndrome’ by Dr. James Wilson; this book has expressed some wonderful insights into the ‘burning the candle a both ends’ lifestyle. Stress breaks down tiny organs which all energy depends! The book is recommended to everyone but most people are too busy doing the harm to stop and read it! It states that with the good patterns of change the silly little organs can be recharged instead of fully killed off!

Thought is an active dynamic energy to harmonize and corrolate good.
Clear all paths to love thru forgiveness.
I may not recognize the significance until some time later.
Is my resistance to change really that strong?
Impatience does not provide the time to learn the lesson;
Awaken new ways to approach the dissolving of a problem;

I like Peter D'Adamo's Blood Type books. It is because of them that I went gluten and dairy free and it has made so much difference for me and my health.

I don't read those types of books any more and just try to do what is best for my body and what I can eat.

Two health books I like are Self Magazines: "15 Minutes to Your Best Self" and Prevention's "Ultimate Guide to Health and Wellness". The first one gives a lot of quick things to do to be your best in areas of nutrition, exercise, beauty etc. and the latter provides a good reference for Woman's health issues.
