Thanks, Everyone! I've been trying it, and you're right, it's easy! Plus, it's cool to see what other GFers are eating! It's given me a whole new shopping list of foods to try!
You guys are the greatest! emoticon

You'd be surprised though, there are a number of GF foods that you can import from other Spark members!

Welcome to the team. Do a search for the foods first before entering them but you will find that you will have to manually enter most of what you eat. Make sure to click the save to favorites box when you enter the food so you will have it again. If you enter a dish that you like to make safe it under recipes and then save that as one of your foods.

Many of us have shared our gf foods that we've entered. You can import them to your manually entered food list.
Go to add a food, them click on 'Import from other memers' box near the top right.
Change the search to by Food Name and enter gluten free. Don't be fooled by the page counter. It only shows the pages you've displayed, not the total number of pages available.
You can also search by member name. This is a good way to find reliable sources from our team - search dotslady, gfnomad, etc.

I manually enter my own foods too. I've been pleasantly surprised at the number of foods listed. emoticon

I just manually enter all my own foods. Takes time but once you get it done, it is done. I have DH too and that is the only way I can tell most of the time when I have had G. I was diagnosed with DH in 1977 but the DR. didn't know if you had DH you have CD.

Hi All!

I'm really excited to get to know all of you - your group seems really fun!
I've been GF since 2002, when I was dx'ed w/ celiac and DH. I was never a skinny person, but when I went GF, I gained 40 pounds! Yikes!
I just signed on to SP. I wish we could customize our diet plans, because I've noticed they have lots of bread and grains in my daily plan. Frustrating! What do you guys do?
