In my research I have discovered that only Larabars are g-free. They are really good. Calorie wise they range from about 180-220 so chose wisely. However, they're all natural so a good investment overall.
Price range is from 1.39 at Whole Foods to .99 at Wal-Mart.

Taste wise I have been loving Kind Bars...but a lot of them don't have much protein. Larabars are a tasty 2nd...but not much protein either. I haven't really found any that fit your criteria...

My local grocery store, HEB, just started carrying GF breads and cakes (carrot, banana) in the frozen section--probably won't buy them w/o a great coupon since they are $5-$10/pop.

OOps I meant Larabars not Luna bars. They are GF, dairy free, often soy free and taste good too.

Not sure how the Luna Bars are for calories and the nutritional balance you are looking for but they are very good and are gluten and dairy free. I have had many different flavors and have liked them all.

If you don't mind ordering over the internet, amazon.com has a pretty good selection of gluten free stuff. Here is the link for the nutrition bars:

Some of the regular things in the grocery store are made w/ oats and don't have gluten listed anywhere, but I don't know about cross-contamination. Sorry!

Hi, Does anyone know if there are low cal nutrition bars that are gluten free? I am using OptiTrim which uses Optifast products (nutrition bars are 160 calories). The three bars are gluten free. They are OK, but rather expensive. I wonder if Lunabars or other products from Walgreens or Walmart could be substituted. The product should have be balanced, have good quality protein, and vitamins and minerals. Have some travel to do and would like to stock up before I go so I can stay low calorie and gluten free while I am on the road.
