Ask for a next monthís menu so you donít miss the good ones! If you have access to a micro get one than one serving one for now and one for the mini fridge. Studying is hard brain work.

That is great news! My college does not have many GF options, but I am a commuter student so it is okay. Best of luck!

My baby sister was just diagnosed Celiac three weeks ago. She just moved into the dorms today at Montana State. The nutritionist on staff is meeting with her this week to help her figure out where she can eat/shop in town and how to survive campus eating. We also found out that all the dorms on campus keep GF bread from the local co-op on hand and the food staff is trained! I'm so happy for her, its made the last few weeks a little easier.
That is awesome. I just sent a daughter off to school (she is not GF but has lactose problems and is vegetarian) and she is having trouble finding palatable options at her college. She has been eating grilled cheese a bunch which will soon catch up to her with her dairy troubles!!
I've heard more and more colleges are adding it to their cafeteria- glad to hear yours is! WooHOO!

Great news! I just had to share with someone. I just found out that there is an option for a gluten-free plate with my sorority's meal plan. YAY!! SO excited. First meal is tomorrow--I hope it's yummy!
