emoticon Barb! I'm also very busy right now. I wish I had time to digest these changes. You must be so happy for that search feature! (I think of you/it when I try to find a particular post myself, so I look forward to checking that one out later).

DH's in town, so I'll be Out of the Office for a while. :)

Thanks so much for sharing this Barb! You're great!

I used the recipe as a guideline for ingredients and proportions, then adapted it for the flours and ingredients I like.
I rarely follow a recipe to the letter.

I have made 2 different recipes since DD was diagnosed - not good. I must admit one was specifically for GF graham cracker crust. The other I think was a Betty Hagman's.

The closest I have found so far to a graham cracker is Jo-sef (http://www.josefsglutenfree.com/). They are yummy - a little high in calories and fat - but worth an occasional indulgence.

gf graham crackers? - I thought that was an oxymoron.
I'd love to make a cracker like that! I will search for the recipe. Thanks for mentioning it!

Thanks, they tasted really good too. I will add the recipes for all the photos as comments next week. Right now I am overloaded and should not have spent time on this today but I wanted to do it before I forgot about the notice from the other team.
I also have to find the recipe and what I changed. Check Bette Hagman's books - I think some of it came from one of hers but I adapted it for the flours.
I posted my photos as examples of simple, easy gf baking/cooking for everyday.

Ever since I joined SparkPeople, I have wished there was a way to search WITHIN a team's posts. I don't know if this feature is new or I just found it but we do have it. This is very useful for finding valuable past posts and related information.
** HOW TO SEARCH WITHIN OUR TEAM **
Go to the Team Page
In the orange bar under Team Forums, enter your request in the the Search box, then click on Search!
Only our team leader can post in the Announcements, so Dots, if you think the info about searching within the team is useful, feel welcome to extract & post my message there.
Anyone can post photos, so I have loades some of my baking ones to the photo pages.
