all you need to do is click on that button and search for whatever you want. If they are in anyone's database, they will pop up and you can choose them. I use this option all the time! I have definitely entered tapioca flour, and I found rice flour and there are bobs redmill mixes too, just search!

While entering my foods to the SP tracker, I noted an option to import foods from another member. If you have the GF flours and such entered, can I import from you? It would save me a lot of time.
