I am lucky to work near this bakery (in the San Francisco bay area). I haven't ordered from them and am curious to know how they keep things fresh for shipping. Their packaged goods in the health food stores appear dry, but the in-store muffins and cookies are very good and soft - not grainy or gritty. I would recommend buying a small order at first to be sure your goods arrive fresh. Enjoy!
