Personally I won't use anything else. I have tried many different mixes and from scratch and have not found a better one. It makes 4 single crusts and it is easy to do. I just freeze the other 3 and pull them out at needed.
Over Thanksgiving I made a pie crust using the Gluten Free Pantry pie crust mix. I failed to figure out the calorie-nutrition content of it. Does anyone have that information? I went on line and found the nutrition part of it dry, but I can't remember the ingredients one uses to make it. Sure hope someone can help. Thanks
