Nina of Phoenix Celiacs has a terrific recipe that I have eaten. She demo'd it at one of your meetings several years ago. There are other recipes too - all tried and tested by the group.

My recipe for GLUTEN-FREE FLAX BREAD is there, and I've had good luck with it every time I've made it (I use a bread machine, but by hand should work, too!)

i've been using mixes to make bread, i've used the Bob's Red mill 2 times but it always comes out heavy. The Glutin Free pantry one is pretty good, but i'd like to make mine own. the flours i've been able to buy are: Buckwheat Flour
Brown Rice Flour
Garbanzo& Fava Flour
Teff Flour
sorghum Flour
i also have ground flax seed, i use lactose free milk, can eat eggs or egg beaters.
if anyone has a recipe with good texture, tastes good and turns out 90% of the time please share.
