i've been using mixes to make bread, i've used the Bob's Red mill 2 times but it always comes out heavy. The Glutin Free pantry one is pretty good, but i'd like to make mine own. the flours i've been able to buy are: Buckwheat Flour
Brown Rice Flour
Garbanzo& Fava Flour
i also have ground flax seed, i use lactose free milk, can eat eggs or egg beaters.
if anyone has a recipe with good texture, tastes good and turns out 90% of the time please share.
