The food is much better tasting. If it wasn't I wouldn't be able to rely on eating this way.

I have many of the symptoms, including being very deficient nutritionally due to malabsorption. Hence, my confusion with test results coming out both ways. So if the DNA test says yes, then I will treat myself as if I have Celiac instead of 'kind of, sort of, maybe" having Celiac. I am working on the gluten free diet plan. Went shopping today and was surprised by the choices out there compared to years ago when I was on gluten free diet plan. So maybe my resistance is because of all the 'strange' food I was eating back then, it wasn't very tasteful.

To Breezyleo -
I do feel better with lower numbers. I'm not as tired as I use to be. My celiac disease was fairly silent. I only had GI symptoms once in a great while. The bigger problems were all internal - osteopenia diagnosis at 32, anemia, other autoimmune disorders. So, in my case, the numbers are a good indicator of how I'm doing.

I just got my first celiac panel back since going gluten free. My TTG went from 91 in October to less than 3. My Glaidin went from greater than 100 to 12. Guess all the changes are paying off. I hope I can now focus on eating less calories.

OK, I think I just learned something weird - you can't use greater or less than signs. It only took 3 previous attemps to post to figure it out.
