Any plan will work. You know what you have to stay away from and so all you do is make your own changes. When it calls for a couple peice of toast you know you just sub your bread that works for you if it's wheat free gluten free dairy free soy free it still can work just fine.

I really find no problems. I find more problems with things I don't like to eat....lol Not what I can't eat.

Just make it work for you girls.

That is a great idea.

I have so many food allergies in addition to gluten that no meal plan would work for me. But it would be nice to reference a gluten free meal plan.
