I started a new weight-loss program a week ago. In the program I am getting acupuncture treatments twice a week and am eating a raw vegetable diet and exercising. Check out my SparkPeolpe blog postings for more information. The program has been working great for me. I lost 6.6 pounds in one week on the diet. My Doctor was pleased since most of that weight loss was fat.
It has been a very radical change in diet for me, but I was ready for BIG change. I was tired of being fat. I was tired of counting every calorie, staying within my range for months and STILL not loosing. I was tired I riding my bike for hours and burning 1000ís of calories on each ride and still not loosing.
Dr Kim says that what we are taught, eat less calories than you consume and youíll loose weight is not true. He claims that his diet and treatments force the body to consume the fat stored in our body.
So I can say that this is working for me but I understand that it is not for everyone and it may not even work for everyone.
Do not look where you fell, but where you slipped.
