My Tracker -

then under My Fitness -

then scroll down to My Exercises.
Immediately below My Exercises, it says:
DISTANCE GOAL: Walk/Run 10 Miles per Week (link) view (link) change PROGRESS: 4.81/10 Miles 2016: 241.32 Miles (all one line on the tracker page, but it word wraps here, sorry... looks messy!).

And when I click on the "View", it generated a pop-up - which says:
ALLTIME TOTAL:3306.05 Miles 2016 TOTAL:241.32 Miles

Sooo now I know how to do that again... maybe get on here and report much more frequently.

Okay, I found under "My Trackers" - I forgot exactly how I got to the popup, but in it, there was a bar that said:


ALLTIME TOTAL:3043.92 Miles 2015 TOTAL:397.69 Miles

I'm sure that's plus or minus a few because there are days where I am walking all over the place, unaware until I get home that I forgot to bring my SparkTracker with me, and other days I wear the SparkTracker all day and just sit on my rear end all day. So...not sure how to add these to the totals, but I'm past bedtime and need to get to sleep. I'll look at this later.

I'm new on this team!! Will be busy through the weekend at least (American Thanksgiving Holiday)...but I think somewheres on my various tracker sources, I should have some mileage that I can add up. Doesn't SparkPeople have a total accumulative mileage somewhere?

Never to afraid to start adding in your miles, however you record them, and feel free to add miles back to the beginning of any challenge period if you have them noted somewhere.

We are more about the challenge and the race. Mileage can be anything: swim, rollerblade, bike, run, record all your steps everyday regardless of activity, anything!

If you join today but have tracked your running daily for 3 years, the current challenge started Jan 12, 2008. If you have a few minutes to add up your mileage Jan 12 to present, please do and add it to the total! You might get us a few hundred miles farther! Besides, we also have some injured folks and some new babies, etc, so mileage is a bit low.

Tell your friends to stop by, too, even if they just drop off an end of month or end of challenge total. Nice to see information day by day, but however it works!

Have fun, and keep moving!
