Never to afraid to start adding in your miles, however you record them, and feel free to add miles back to the beginning of any challenge period if you have them noted somewhere.
We are more about the challenge and the race. Mileage can be anything: swim, rollerblade, bike, run, record all your steps everyday regardless of activity, anything!
If you join today but have tracked your running daily for 3 years, the current challenge started Jan 12, 2008. If you have a few minutes to add up your mileage Jan 12 to present, please do and add it to the total! You might get us a few hundred miles farther! Besides, we also have some injured folks and some new babies, etc, so mileage is a bit low.
Tell your friends to stop by, too, even if they just drop off an end of month or end of challenge total. Nice to see information day by day, but however it works!
