I have not been working my program like I should. Taking my pills when I remember, drinking a lot of water and being smart with my food choices. Stepped on the scale this morning and have dropped 7 freaking pounds!!!!!! I am seriously in shock! In a good way! I have said GOODBYE to the 300 pound club and am on my way to the 250 club!!!!! I am so excited I can't hardly stand it!!!!!!
