I am doing a weight loss challenge with friends which started Jan 1st. it ends on Feb 1st and I have to weigh in at 6pm Friday night. I am thinking of doing this diet in order for maximim weight loss and inch loss. Is anyone interested in doing this with me? Any tips? I can't tell them because I don't want them to know my secret weapon :) SHould I start on Tuesday or Wednesday if I have to weigh in Friday night?
