What snacks are you having? Ideally, most people should have 3 meals and 2-3 'snacks' per day - basically, eating every 3 hours or so.
Try having either a protein bar or a fruit or something mid-morning (between Shake#1 and Shake#2), and again mid-afternoon (Between Shake#2 and dinner).
Another possibility is to have your "meal" at lunchtime instead of dinner? my stomach seems to tolerate a mid-day meal over an evening meal better - especially when I'm working out.
