My favorite cookies and cream recipe is Peppermint Bon Bon:

8 oz water, 2 scoops cookies and cream, 1 scoop chocolate PDM, 1/2 scoop sugar free vanilla pudding OR 1 pump sugar free vanilla syrup, 2 pumps creme de menthe syrup or 2 pumps of sugar free peppermint syrup. I use the peppermint syrup, I buy most of my syrups at Starbucks.

Another one is the wedding cake, if you like cake, this tast just like it:

8 oz water, 2 scoops cookies and cream formula 1, 1 scoop vanilla PDM, 1/2 scoop sugar free cheesecake pudding, and 1/2 scoop white chocolate sugar free pudding...

I have a few more, if you like!!

I think my favorite is the cheescake one. I take 12 ounces of water, formula 1 french vanilla, Protein drink mix, cheesecake pudding and strawberries. Blend it together and it is awesome.
I don't usually use pudding in the others as it gets too thick.

I don't usually use milk either. I prefer mine with water. I think it allows the flavors of the shake to come through. YUMMY! Keep playing with them and you will have your own recipes too!

I was told as long as its sugar free/fat free then you can use it.

Good luck!

I'm lactose intollerant, so I use PDM instead of milk - but here's my favorite - Butterfinger!

2 scoops Cookies n cream
1 scoop PDM
1 Tbsp peanut butter (I use powdered PB - get it from bell plantation (dot) com or a military commissary
1/2 tbsp butterscotch pudding (SF/FF)
1/2 Tbsp chocolate pudding mix ((SF/FF) - I don't use this if I use chocolate PDM

Ice and water to mix. kinda thick, but REALLY good!

Also - check out the recipes thread here in the team.

Ok. So I tried the French Vanilla shake with 1% milk and I added a single serve Hazelnut instant coffee grounds to it and it tasted great! It wasn't thick at all. So I am super excited. I am going to try some more recipes. Thanks for your help.

Don't give up! :) There are tons of recipes out there...I personally use light soymilk and it tastes great. There is also mootopia or you can even use light chocolate soymilk. I usually get the vanilla canister because I alternate my shakes with orange juice on somedays and soymilk on other days.

Here is a recipe for a snickers shake
8 oz choc soymilk
2 scoops of your cookie n cream powder
1/2 scoop jello choc pudding mix
1/2 scoop jello white choc pudding mix
2 scoops of peanuts
capful of caramel syrup (s/f davinci syrup)
ice

wedding cake
2 scoops of cookie n cream
milk or soy
1/2 tbl of cheesecake pudding
1/2 tbl of white choc pudding
ice

I have many other recipes if you want....hope this helps :)

I just received my samples Saturday. I tried the Cookies n Creme Shake with 8 oz of 2% milk in my Curves blender cup with a ball that mixes it. It was hard to get down. I guess I would say that it was thick. I just really don't want to give up before I have even began. I used to do the Wild Berry Shake with a cup of mixed fruit with the V-8 splash and ice in the blender. It tasted just like a smoothie. But doing it with milk is extremely hard to get down.

Can someone please help me and give me some ideas on what else to try? I don't want to give up.
