hey i would deifnitely say to up your water cause to get the full benefits of the herbalife products you need to drink atleats 2 litres of water a day.
With your body adjusting to a better nutritioned diet it can take some time getting used to for example the headaches can be caused by low sugar levels but no way does that mean have a can of soda or anything like that... get your 5 fruit/veg a day and that should make a big difference too...

Yes I had the headaches too. I dont remember but I dont think they lasted that long.

Today is Day 1 for me and I'm doing the shake with protein powder, cell activator, and vitamins. I have a HORRIBLE headache and read that it was common. Did you experience a headache when you started Herbalife? How many days did you have it. Did Tylenol help? I'm going to up my water intake in case it is dehydration.
