Thank you @Greeneyes! I'm doing her other set - TurboFire with Insanity hybrid. Another team member got me into it. I start in 2 weeks. Should be exciting! I hear she is tough. Who knows...maybe I'll do ChaLEAN next! I've seen the promos...wow! Good for you!

Going to be at my goal weight before the holidays! Going to surprise the family.

Starting: 140.5
Ending: GW 110

Milestones:
Goal: 119 by vacation 7/29/2012 . Actual: 123 but got bikini ready! Only 4 above goal. Returned from vacation with 2 extra pounds.

Goal: 123 by birthday 08/22. Actual: 123.5!

Goal: 118 by son's birthday 09/10. - Slacked so much and still at 123.5ish (haven't officially weight in yet)

How? Workout 6 days a week, burn at

I finished INSANITY in mid May. Good for you for making it to the finish line!!!

I chose ChaLEAN Extreme and am finishing my 4th week.... lovin' it!!! I missed lifting weights and wanted to get back into it. Chalean has an unique way of teaching you the right way on how to lift to maximize your muscles to fatigue. It's a 120 day program.... 3 phases, the Burn, the Push and the Lean. Teambeachbody has the dvd program for sale. I'm sure you could also find it elsewhere.

Hello everyone. I just joined this group, and I'm hoping for some great ideas. I only have 6 days left of Insanity's 60 day program, and now I'm wondering what next?

Each workout is about 1 hour long with high intensity, 6 days per week, where I normally burn about 500+ calories per workout. I want something similar, without buying extra equipment (other than the DVD), and would love to hear your ideas.
