Hello everyone. I just joined this group, and I'm hoping for some great ideas. I only have 6 days left of Insanity's 60 day program, and now I'm wondering what next?
Each workout is about 1 hour long with high intensity, 6 days per week, where I normally burn about 500+ calories per workout. I want something similar, without buying extra equipment (other than the DVD), and would love to hear your ideas.
Going to be at my goal weight before the holidays! Going to surprise the family.
Starting: 140.5
Ending: GW 110
Milestones:
Goal: 119 by vacation 7/29/2012 . Actual: 123 but got bikini ready! Only 4 above goal. Returned from vacation with 2 extra pounds.
Goal: 123 by birthday 08/22. Actual: 123.5!
Goal: 118 by son's birthday 09/10. - Slacked so much and still at 123.5ish (haven't officially weight in yet)
