There are some great stretching classes included in Turbo Fire (a 10 min and 40 min) and P90X (1 hour stretch!) but those come within a full program.. worth adding to your collection though!

a really great flexibity DVD. I've started a taekwondo class and I'm not very flexible. Something with lots of long stretches. I'm not too much into yoga. lol
If anyone knows of a good one let me know.
