I've picked up a couple of Biggest Loser DVD's from Sam's Club. My favorite DVD is Cardioke with Billy Blanks Jr. I just ordered it today from exercisetv.tv. I saw there was a space for a promotional code so I googled exercise tv coupons and promotions and got 15% off. When I want to try something different before I buy it - I go to my local library and check out a workout DVD.
i like the Biggest Loser DVDs...Cardio Max and then Power Sculpt. They feel like a real workout (i have some dvds that seem like a waste of time to me) but the moves change up pretty fast, before I get frusterated and quit. I like em so much i just ordered a new one, (i think its called Biggest Loser Bootcamp??)
Try to find dvds that kind of resemble things you like. I find bootcamp style is what i enjoy the most. hope that helps :)
