I too was wondering how you track it in your fitness section. Any suggestions? Im excited about trying it too!! And I just recently got a treadmill, can you do it on the treadmill or is outside better?

I don't have a treadmill and just plan on running in my neighborhood, but I'm not sure how to track the timing (run 60, walk 90). Has anyone else had any success in this? I'm thinking maybe using a stopwatch, but I'm afraid I'll get distracted/run into stuff.
