Amy Bento and Cathe are two of my favorites and they are tough! I also like their weight work. They both post free rotations on their website focusing on various things such as fat loss, endurance, strength, etc... so you get ideas of how to use what you've got. Check them out:

I really like the Biggest Loser Cardio Max and Power Sculpt. I also do the Jari Love videos for strength training and boy, have I seen results. I have a hard time finding cardio DVDs that challenge me because I am a runner. I have heard Cathe Friedrich and Amy Bento are both good but I haven't tried them. Good Luck!

I agree with the other poster. I've heard good things about the Jillian Michaels video.

How does one become a butterfly? You must want to fly so much that you are willing to give up being a caterpillar.

Always been a healthy weight of 115-120 After having my daughter i lost myself and gained weight on & off in 2008 lost 24lbs and weight down to 124lbs! After that year i gained my weight back and ever since then ive ben gaining more and more! Now its time to get healthy for baby#2 =]

Biggest Loser workouts are good - so are The Firm workout dvd's - plus Jilian Michaels (bl trainer) has
several really good dvd's...I try to mix up during the week - taebo, firm, bl, that way I don't get bored and my body doesn't get used to one thing..

I can do ALL things thru Christ who strengths me.

Nohing tastes as good as losing weight feels!

Slim in 6 is a good program (beachbody.com). Also, the Women's Health workouts are awesome(womenshealth.com). They have all kinds of workouts and they have cardio and strength training on them. You can also customize your workout to your specific body type on a lot of their workouts. Good luck!

Have you thought of Urban Rebounder? It is very effective and thorough in the programs that come with it. Go to HSN.COM They sell it there and it is on payment plans if need be. Slightly above $100.00 for rebounder, 10 workouts, stationary bar if you want to use it, and resistance cords.

Also, stick to your food program.

ok im stuck in my 30's for 2 months now im 132 but i go up to 133 134 but im 132. and its been hard to get in my 20's and i havent been eating great so that doesnt help.

the first 2 months of my diet i did pilates and stationary bike after that i did tae bo and i started to do tae bo when i was stuck at 136-135 and ive been at tae bo for 2 months now i pretty much do it everyday except for the weekends...

So since its been 2 months my body is prolly use to this workout so i need to change it up.
but i dont know what to do. i have to workout at home beacuse im a stay at home mom. i do go out for a 30 min walk when i can.
So i need another home workout.
i was thinking of getting the biggest loser dvd.
something diferent.

oh & can i start doing pilates again? that was like months ago so my body has to get use to it again right or no?...lol

help appreciated :)
