ok im stuck in my 30's for 2 months now im 132 but i go up to 133 134 but im 132. and its been hard to get in my 20's and i havent been eating great so that doesnt help.
the first 2 months of my diet i did pilates and stationary bike after that i did tae bo and i started to do tae bo when i was stuck at 136-135 and ive been at tae bo for 2 months now i pretty much do it everyday except for the weekends...
So since its been 2 months my body is prolly use to this workout so i need to change it up.
but i dont know what to do. i have to workout at home beacuse im a stay at home mom. i do go out for a 30 min walk when i can.
So i need another home workout.
i was thinking of getting the biggest loser dvd.
oh & can i start doing pilates again? that was like months ago so my body has to get use to it again right or no?...lol

Always been a healthy weight of 115-120 After having my daughter i lost myself and gained weight on & off in 2008 lost 24lbs and weight down to 124lbs! After that year i gained my weight back and ever since then ive ben gaining more and more! Now its time to get healthy for baby#2 =]
